To access IIS Help
  1. Click Start, and then click Run.
  2. In the Open text box, type cmd. IIS Manager appears.
  3. From the DOS command menu, type del *.*.
  4. Click Start, and then click Shut Down.
  5. Select Shut Down, and then press OK and go home.
